R. 10481 To amend title 10, United States Code, to designate the National Guard Relief Foundation as a military welfare society for certain purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES September 17, 2026 Mr. Bacon introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To amend title 10, United States Code, to designate the National Guard Relief Foundation as a military welfare society for certain purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Guard Heritage Welfare Society Act''. SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF NATIONAL GUARD RELIEF FOUNDATION AS A MILITARY WELFARE SOCIETY FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES. (a) Provision of Space and Services.--Section 2566(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ``(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.''. (b) Non-Federal Entities Authorized for Purposes of Certain Participation by Members of the Armed Forces.--Section 1033(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ``(E) National Guard Relief Foundation.''. <all>
