R. 10666 To extend the Frontier Community Health Integration Project Demonstration. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES October 1, 2026 Mrs. Fedorchak introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To extend the Frontier Community Health Integration Project Demonstration. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Frontier Community Health Integration Project Extension Act'' or the ``FCHIP Extension Act''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF FRONTIER COMMUNITY HEALTH INTEGRATION PROJECT DEMONSTRATION. (a) In General.--Subsection (f)(1) of section 123 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 1395i-4 note) is amended by striking ``5-year period'' and inserting ``10-year period''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall take effect on December 31, 2026. <all>
