Resolved, SECTION 1. PROHIBITING MEMBERS FROM ENGAGING IN SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH HOUSE EMPLOYEES. Clause 18(a) of rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by striking ``who works under the supervision of the Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner, or who is an employee of a committee on which the Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner serves''. <all>
