[Congressional Bills 119th Congress] [From the U.S. Government Publishing Office] [S. 4767 Introduced in Senate (IS)] <DOC> 119th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 4767 To extend the authorization of the African American Civil Rights Network. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES June 11, 2026 Mr. Scott of South Carolina (for himself and Ms. Blunt Rochester) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To extend the authorization of the African American Civil Rights Network. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Renewing the African American Civil Rights Network Act''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION. Section 308404 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by striking ``7 years after the date of enactment of this chapter'' and inserting ``10 years after the date of enactment of the Renewing the African American Civil Rights Network Act''. <all>
