Plain-English Summary

The bill would extend a program that allows airline passengers who have already been screened at certain foreign airports to board connecting flights in the United States without going through security screening again. This applies to passengers arriving on direct flights from those approved foreign airports and continuing to other U.S. destinations. The change would streamline the travel experience for international passengers while maintaining security standards at designated departure points.
